ECS JIB Graded Electrician – Flex Eco Services

Here at Flex Eco Services we feel it is important to show our customers that we are qualified and professional contractors. This is why we have been graded as a Approved electrician which means that we have been independently assessed for our qualifications and health and safety knowledge.

We are City and Guilds Qualified and hold a current ECS Card, also we are certified by the NIC EIC (see our NIC EIC page)

ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) – is the ID and competence card scheme for Electrotechnical operatives in the UK, and is recognised and endorsed by the industry.

Holding an ECS card means you can prove your identity, your qualified status and your occupation when working on-site. It is affiliated to the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). So when people say that you need a CSCS card – this ECS card is the one that’s relevant to the Electrotechnical Industry. It’s now almost impossible to gain access to a construction site without proof of identification and proof of your competence and qualification levels.
